Living Meadows at Luther Madelia exists to provide personalized care in a Christian environment to meet the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of those we serve.
Living Meadows at Luther Madelia opened in December of 2018 but has provided care for over 60 years as Luther Memorial Home.
Luther Memorial Home was founded to provide great care for persons in a Christian environment.
Luther Memorial Home is a non-profit corporation that was founded by 21 area Lutheran churches to provide care to area men and women. Luther Memorial Home was built in 1958 and the first resident was admitted in 1959. Throughout the years, Luther Memorial Home has expanded and remodeled to meet the growing needs of our residents and our community. In 2018 Luther Memorial Home was remodeled, care has been enhanced and it was re branded Living Meadows at Luther Madelia.

Living Meadows is governed by a corporate board of directors which oversee the charitable, educational and scientific activities for the advancement of health care and our facility. Board members can serve up to two, three year terms for a maximum of six years.
